You’ll also have the opportunity to explore various design samples in our store. Together, we’ll refine these designs to create a final ring that perfectly matches your vision.
The typical timeframe for crafting a custom engagement ring is 6 to 8 weeks. However, if you need it sooner, we offer expedited services to accommodate urgent requests.
All our jewellery is designed and finished in our Melbourne workshop where our experienced jewellers and talented designers work on each jewellery piece.
We offer complimentary resizing within the first year and are always here to assist with any adjustments or care your ring may need.
Yes, we offer a lay-by option for custom engagement ring orders, provided the lay-by period is within three months.
