Bring your piece into our Collins Street boutique, and Silvana or Daniela will take you through what’s possible. Our master jeweller or watchmaker will then assess the piece and provide a clear written quote before any work begins. Nothing proceeds without your approval.
Walk-ins are welcome Monday to Saturday, 11am–4pm. For a dedicated consultation — particularly for remodelling projects or complex repairs — booking an appointment ensures you have uninterrupted time with us.
